HILLS OF ROCK 2019 is getting bigger! Seven new names join the third edition of the festival, which will take place June 28th, 29th and 30th at the Rowing canal in Plovdiv. The American bands MUSHROOMHEAD and THE TOASTERS and the Italian groups ADIMIRON and SINHERESY will rock the fans with an amazing show! They will be joined by the Sebians MAIKA, Romanians WHITE MAHALA and the Croatian group BRKOVI.

Hills of Rock will take place for a third consecutive year, as part of the program Plovdiv 2019 - European Capital of Culture on June 28th , 29th and 30th at the Rowing Canal in Plovdiv.

MUSHROOMHEAD are an American band, formed in Ohio in the 80s. They are one of the boldest and unique alternative metal groups at the moment. Known for their artistic masks and amazing live performances, they open a new page in the rock culture and inspire many artists. The style of MUSHROOMHEAD is extremely interesting and combines metal and art-rock elements.
SINHERESY are formed in 2009 in Triest. In 2011 they release their debut EP - „The Spiders and the Butterfly“. Twi years later, the group creates their first studio album, called “Paint the World”. The band has shared stage with big names as Dream Theater, Queensryche, Tarja, Lordi, Anathema and Korpiklaani. In 2017 SINHERESY released their latest album, which went to No 3 in the chart Itunes Italy Metal.
Formed in Rome, ADIMIRON is one of the promising groups in the European metal stage. The band has finished tours in Europe and the USA, where the musicians share one stage with artists like Meshuggah, Textures, The Ocean, Swallow The Sun, Opeth and Anathema. In 2017, the latest records of ADIMIRON “Et Liber Eris” is released, and is approved by the music critics in Europe.
The Serbian group MAIKA combines in their style Balkan rhythm and dance beats. Their attractive stage presence brings them a large fan mass in the Balkans, and all over Europe.
THE TOASTERS (USA)
THE TOASTERS are an American band, formed in 1981 in New York City. They are one of the most influential ska bands in the states, they have released 9 studio albums and have worked with one of the biggest ska labels in the world.
WHITE MAHALA (Romania)
WHITE MAHALA begin to work together in 2013. The band has a huge fan mass not only in their home country Romania, but all over Europe, and their live performances are extremely energetic!
The Croatian band BRKOVI is formed in Zagreb in 2004. Their music combines punk, rock and hard-rock, with reggae and folk elements, and is called "turbopunkfolkwellness and spa".
